I donno the real intention of the culprit. May be, the looter wished to be Hacker. After all, his core expertise is still in stealing something or the other.

But, does that not mean that he needs to read the book to be an expert hacker and master the art of exploitation? And if he has already read the book, then he would have no use of it and hence would not steal it ... wat says u???
